#GameOn Leadership helps young professionals market themselves towards careers they're passionate about.

So you want a career you love?

Question is, what are you doing to get it?

The only way to find a career you love is to figure out what you're passionate about, and pursue that passion.

The problem is most young professionals either don't know what they're passionate about, or don't know how to showcase themselves in-line with their passion. They struggle to get a job by showcasing what they have, instead of landing a career by showcasing what they offer .

At this workshop you will be coached on defining your personal brand and showcasing your personal value in-line with it. This will make you more marketable towards a career you're passionate about. As a group of young professionals hungry for passionate careers, you'll determine where it is you want to go and what you're going to do to get there, supporting each other every step of the way.

To ensure you succeed, you'll learn how the overall "Game of Leadership" looks and strategies to play it. By the end you'll be armed with the tools and support necessary to pursue and achieve the career you've always dreamed of.

"The plane made a swift landing into Toronto. I took a deep nervous breath. I had just graduated with my Masters degree from the University of Sussex in England. Two years of wonderful memories and friendships all left behind now replaced with the anxiousness of starting a new life as a young professional in Toronto. Would this great city ranked as one of the world's most 'livable' cities live up to its word? So began my journey. The one faced by every recent graduate in generation Y – The struggle of finding and pursuing your passion amidst extensive competition and choice leading to feelings of hopeless despair and confusion. Day after day I battled on my own. My inner fears escalated and confidence in my abilities dwindled. I had a passion for City Urban Planning and Policy but believed I had to pursue a career In International Development because this is what I had studied and was "good" at.

Then I met Ryan Coelho a dynamic leadership coach with his captivating and immensely motivational leadership tool. I was shaken by his compelling drive and determination to help young professionals like myself face our fears and aim for our passions. Ryan treated me as individual with my own strengths and weaknesses and together, we worked on the difference between being "GOOD" and "GREAT" at something. I believed in my potential. I faced my fears. Ryan Coelho had also taught me that it wasn't about winning it was about the journey. The courage in taking steps to fight for your passion. In the end, I made it. I was selected. Today I work as an Urban policy analyst under superb career coaching from the city's leading experts in public service.
