Any one of those can be correct.
A. If you are dedicated you can learn techniques to chuck massive amounts of information into highly synthesized memorable forms that fit in the 7 +/- 2 slots of working memory.
B. Our brains are more focused on thinking in pictures rather than words, if you can suit your memory processes to using pictures you can remember things more fluidly.
C. If you can improve your short-term memory you can hold more chunks, techniques for this are more complex but can happen.
D. So-called Memory drugs can help, but I know less about this area.
If I were to take a stab, it would be E, but it really depends on who is teaching the class, some may deny one part or another.
