Improving memory?
Question by Tara C: Improving memory?
I’m doing a project on improving memory in Alzheimer’s patients. It is NOT research based but more my own type of experiement. I need suggestions on different methods I could try to help people improve their memory. For example, using colors as triggers for other things (red makes them remember they like apples). This example is already being used in the project and I still need to come up with some more. ANY suggestions would be greatly apprieciated as I’m starting to run out of time.

you could try having them practice strecting their minds with stuff like reading or solving simple math problems everyday… like a routine and see if they begin to remember anything. I also know that drinking water alot improves peoples memories, you could try that. I also think that their are pills that help to increase memory so you could give them those and see iff it helps.
