I am thinking of playing brain games, so I could busy my mind with games. or trying to sit in hot bathtub water, or going to spa to have a massage, just to take away the anxiety disorder. so do you think this will help?
please if you have any other idea just tell me, how did you take away your anxiety? I can’t stop being worries specially before bed time, or when I go out.

I have anxiety too and I find that Sudoku really helps. I downloaded some mindless games like Bejewled and Tetris on to my phone so that when I feel anxious I can play them. They help busy your mind.

First of all, I’m sorry you’re suffering from anxiety. I suffer from it to and I know how hard it is to deal with.
I personally, do not play any games. I’m just not interested in them. But I’m sure they can be a good distraction if you’re feeling anxious.
I LOVE taking hot baths. They really do help a lot for stress and anxiety. I definitely recommend that and if you’re a reader, you can read things in there too (just be careful about getting things in the water).
You can take up some kind of art. I do painting. It’s very calming. Listen to music and pick up an instrument.
For when you’re trying to sleep and can’t shut down your mind, I would recommend watching something until you just fall asleep or start reading something. Eventually you’ll be too tired to even keep your eyes open.
Take deep breaths. Laugh.
