Basic But Effective Brain Training Exercise

A great exercise that I learnt from a Kinesiologist to help you balance out your thinking. Simply place a A4 or A3 piece of paper on the wall, start off in the centre and draw a figure of 8 out from the centre, and just let your eyes follow the pen but keep looking in the middle of the piece of paper. Its really good way to make your hand writing neater, and helps you to think with both parts of your brain. no because your hands don’t control the brain, your brain controls your hands. The whole “Left brain, right hand” and vice versa crap is junk. People hat have had brain damage and can only use one half of the brain are still capable of all the same things when the working side begins compensating for the lost hemisphere.
It would make more sense to use both hands if you really want to use both hemispheres..
where is the proof?
